Vraiment confortable et facile à installer

apart from the fact that the shipping process was a nightmare… this couch doesn’t look like the couch in the photo, we have been waiting a few days now for it to open up more but it is not changing much. the fabric looks very different from the picture and it is uncomfortable to sit on. I had to spend about 34 hours unzipping and moving my hands around inside the cushions to try and fluff them up. all the good reviews under this couch are all for a couch that does NOT look like this one they’re showing, i would not recommend getting this couch from them

I already left my comments but heard nothing back from Wayfair! The shipping itself was a horrible experience. Now, I’m super disappointed with the comfort of the couch. That said, what am I supposed to do with this massive piece of furniture that came into two tiny boxes and I could never, ever be able to ship back the same way. Looks like I’m stuck with it unfortunately!
