It never poofed out in places. It dips bad in the center and the back head rest isn't even. It's shorter than advertised which makes it hard to stand from with knee problems. It has some type of wire in the corners that are trying to poke out as well. Also, it is longer than the dimensions say. It doesn't fit in the place I premeasured at all. If it were by a few inches that's one thing, but it's over 6 inches longer than stated. Unfortunately with an item like this it's impossible to return otherwise I would have.

So soft and comfortable. Comes in 2 medium size boxes, but it's pretty easy to carry. What you see the first day is not how fluffy it will be in a week. It takes a little time to fully expand. Overall it's a pretty great simple couch that can fit 4 adults comfortably.

I got this for my Daughter as she was needing a nice couch for her new to her home. This easily was taken to her house in the shipped boxes in the back of my SUV. We unpacked them in her living room and she was super happy with the look and especially the feel of this couch. She told me later that she took a nap on the couch because it was so comfortable. This is one of the few items I have gotten from wayfair that requires zero instructions, yet it came with a 4 page pamphlet on what to do. I mean literally remove from boxes, unwrap, then being very careful open the sealed vacuum bag and remove from the couch, wait (it says 72 hours) I would say at least 24. Then enjoy. This couch does not disappoint, very easy to move around if you need to, but it will also stay where you put it. I recommend this to anyone that has kids, or kids in college, or just new homes and you want an easy comfy couch.

I like the sectional, both boxes were delivered the same day. Requires two people to lift and unload the boxes. Everything was deflated and wrapped, I only had to unwrap it and allow it to inflate, I’d say it takes 48-72 hours to inflate. Although one part of the back is still not inflated. I was surprised on how big it is, its too big for my space but since it’s a modular couch I can rearrange to fit. The color is way darker than what was advertised but its very comfortable to sleep on and sit on.

This couch arrived in two boxes, with each section tightly rolled and vacuum-sealed in plastic. I was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no assembly required—just unwrap, let it expand, and it’s ready to use. Once the cushions fully fluffed up, it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. It’s the perfect addition to my son’s man cave, and we’re very happy with it!
