Canapé modulaire en forme de L de Boneless

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Wayfair. I ordered this item along with a Yellow Shelby Armchair specifically to create a matching set, but the armchair was canceled and refunded without any explanation. That completely defeats the purpose of the purchase. What’s worse is the lack of communication and accountability. After multiple calls to customer service, I received inconsistent and confusing information with no real resolution. Now I’m being told I may be responsible for returning the item I did receive’ despite the order being incomplete due to their error. At that point, the product is useless to me, and I’ve already had to order a replacement elsewhere. This was a frustrating and unnecessary experience. A full cancellation from the start would have been the only reasonable outcome.
