So far I love my sofa! I've been searching for a long time for the right special piece for my decor. The harp like shape is unique and elegant, the quality feels good and sturdy. It's firm but comfortable. The fabric looks and feels high quality, in a natural off-white color (not stark white) and is REAL boucle' as advertised! unlike much of that cheap looking teddy bear fabric many companies are passing off as 'boucle' these days. It should look more like a soft stucco texture, which gives it a Grecian-art deco asthetic. Very beautiful..and it came so quickly! White glove was included at no extra cost which made the whole process so much less stressful since I live alone in the back house and it would have been a pain in the...to drag the giant box in from the street. For the price I am highly satisfied! **On another note, my sofa did come with some minor damage from the warehouse; a nickel sized dent and a pea size puncture beneath it on one side below the arm. I contacted customer service and they gave me the option to have it replaced or receive a partial discount. The discount was worth it so I decided to keep the sofa rather than go through the hassle of return, and it's hardly noticeable in the area it's in. All in all I am satisfied with how they handled the issue and I happy to finally have my beautiful new sofa.
