The chair is so comfy but the headrest doesn’t fit well into the holes. This leaves no place for my head as it’s short without it! My first one was really warped and Wayfair sent a replacement! It was a bit better but still warped. It must be a manufacturer problem. Two warped chairs is not good but the second a is functional ! Wayfair customer service was awry during the process although the chair is not great due to headrest.

Solid build quality. Comfortably reclines and swivels. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Nice accent chair and good neutral colour. Only thing was the headrest was hard to install and now it may have to stay in the position I finally was able to wiggle it down into. Doesn’t seem to want to go up and down easily.

The chair is comfortable - a mixture of cozy but firm. I for some reason thought the arms would be taller. I'd give a 4 for this, however, the item has a detailed description on size and I eyeballed it incorrectly. User error! Therefore, it's a 5.
