The product is decent but I paid for White Glove Delivery and they did not properly installed the electrical part. Which means I cannot charge my phone or listen to music after paying such price, delivery, tax and white glove service.

Great quality, firm, love the color and classy looking. Great price and love the smell of real leather! The main function piece was delivered in non working order however; Wayfair has replaced and is shipping a new one. There was also many problems with the delivery of the product with a contracted company R.A.S. Logistics Inc. they have poor customer service and business over all was poor. But that wasn’t a direct problem for Wayfair that was between the Manufacturer. However; Wayfair does understand the frustrations and Good Customer service they assisted and helped for a resolution!
