This is the second time I have encountered issues with Wayfair and the final one. Their business practices are terrible and they have no problem ganking customers out of their money. I purchased a recliner and I would recommend that no older person should buy it. The arms offer no security, they easily come apart and to maneuver the positions are very hard. Its difficult to sit it into the laying position and more difficult to close the leg part when trying to get up. If you have bigger hands the the function on the side to place it in position is small and difficult to use. I did a royal screwups buying it. Than when I called for return they said it must be in original box and it will cost me 45.00 out of my purchase .They sent me a defective recliner. I will make sure nobody I know will purchase from them .

Love the chair! Would be great it it came with felt on bottom of lefts so not to scratch wax when moving around.
