The chair looks exactly like the picture, but the seat is high and the back is very low. not very comfortable in my opinion.

I’m using this chair for a reading corner for my room and I love it! The other reviews are true about the low back and it being a little firm, but it doesn’t really bother me since I put a little accent pillow.

Very nice quality and super sturdy! It came really quick and already assembled didn’t have to do much.

NOT VELVET!!! The name of this chair is extremely misleading! The fabric is actually chenille despite this being called an VELVET chair, and the “beige velvet” color is quite dingy in real life. The dimensions are also weird, and the back is so short. I should have paid more attention to that; that part is on me! It’s not very comfortable either because it’s just super stiff but maybe it will soften?? I’m not returning it because Wayfair (despite the misleading description of velvet) will charge me nearly $70 to return it plus the hassle is just not worth it for a $299 chair. It’ll do for guests but I’ll sadly not be sitting on it. My cat is a HUGE fan however so I guess that’s a plus.

It is very comfy. Came fully assembled and swivels 360 degrees. The fabric (so far) has been easy to spot clean. It takes up way less room than anticipated and blended seamlessly into a corner. Not chunky and the curves are subtle and clean enough to meld with contemporary furniture. It does suit a mid century modern decor better, however, so I moved it into a room that had that flair. It seem like it will hold up fairly well.
