Very happy with the chair. Has great lumbar support that is adjustable, has a massaging feature and heats up. Ergonomic and supports back and arms. Great for ovvicecand hone desk.

This chair is actually very comfortable, and I can sit for much longer compared to my old one. The mesh wasn’t my favorite at first since I prefer softer fabric, but I got used to it and now it’s fine. The 6D armrests were a bit annoying in the beginning because they move a lot, but once I figured them out, they became easy to use. The massage uses small rolling balls, not a real massage chair but still a nice extra. The heating is mild but adds some comfort. Overall, even without the extra features, I would still recommend this chair.

The chair was easy to put together and seemed like everything was fine. But the next day, the handle to raise or lower the chair height stopped working. I reached out to customer service, and this company has not responded at all!! I am not pleased at all since the product does not fu.ction property and I cannot get help! Unhappy customer.

Ouch! The only good thing about this chair is the lumbar massage. Other than that it is pure pain. The seat is extremely uncomfortable and hurts the back of my thighs. These arm rests are also despicable. They will not stay put and I have pinched myself in them a couple of times. Dont buy this chair.
