I bought two of these at once. One for me, the other for my clients. The first one I put together with no issues. The second one, the holes are misaligned on the back to attach the backrest to the seat. Had no choice but to only use 2 of the 3 screws at the top and keep the bottom loose. Needless to say, I will have to use that one and have my clients sit in the other. Sending it back would be a hassle plus they’ll charge me a restocking fee.

This chair came fast. All parts were included and in good shape. It is just like pictured. It was very easy to put together by yourself. It took about 15 to 20 minutes. The material is very nice and easily cleanswipes down. The cushions are soft yet firm. This is perfect for a gamer or for a young kids room. Or dorm. The foot rest slides out and in so so easy. The adjustable levers for the back and height work well. This will be important as my grandson grows taller.
