Box arrived damaged. I contacted support via online chat. After providing photos of the damaged chair the support agent told me to keep the chair and I would receive a full refund. This was on August 19. I called and talked to a person today who said I needed to return the chair, but it was out of stock so they could not provide a replacement. They said I could keep the damaged chair and they would refund me 20%. Not 100% I was originally told. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and all the supervisors were busy. There was no record of my online chat either. Horrible service. You just lost a valued customer Wayfair.

I bought two of these at once. One for me, the other for my clients. The first one I put together with no issues. The second one, the holes are misaligned on the back to attach the backrest to the seat. Had no choice but to only use 2 of the 3 screws at the top and keep the bottom loose. Needless to say, I will have to use that one and have my clients sit in the other. Sending it back would be a hassle plus they’ll charge me a restocking fee.
