Fauteuil pivotant Frankie en similicuir rouge-brun avec base en bois massif

We just received this item and were excited to assemble swivel bottom and place in our bedroom. The holes on the base are about 10 times larger than the screws supplied for assembling, and no washers included. Upon calling Customer Service for a solution we were told we would have to wait a day before it could be escalated to the manufacturer. Until then we have a chair that is not functional.

I love them. They are a little wider than I thought they would be. I could have gotten slightly narrower chairs. They're exactly the size that was advertised. I just didn't realize that I didn't need them this big. I still love them.

We love these accent chairs. I thought when I saw them online they would be small but there are the perfect chair, roomy, comfortable and I love the swivel feature. We are happy with quality and color is exactly what we wanted.

These chairs are better than what I hoped for! They’re comfortable even though they’re not high-backed, super smooth faux leather, and swivel very easily. I ordered two of them and am so happy!

Love it so much and so easy to put together. Perfect size for the area it was purchase for.
