The material is super soft, and the chair is very comfortable. I love that it is narrow, as the space I needed it is a small space. Easy to assemble, quick delivery, and perfect for my needs. It reclines nice and smooth, and lifts a good height for the lift assist.

Great chair. ONLY downside is the speed of the recline and lift modes. I guess we shouldn’t always be in a hurry. Chair itself is quite comfortable and has two large pockets on the side for remotes, tv guide (iPad or kindle) Back is high enough for a 6’2 person to be comfortable. I absolutely love the recline butt you need a lot of room because it goes almost completely flat. Great chair.

I took a star off for the name of this stating "genuine leather power recliner". Its fabric, NOT leather. Which I could see from the photos but ordered it anyway as I just needed a slim, power recliner where the feet controls were separate from the back so my elderly mother in law could put her feet up without the entire chair reclining. Usually to get all that and be leather its about 1,000. Now to get one thats narrow? Even harder. So when I saw this come up on my program I jumped on it. I chose the gray, its a nice deep charcoal. It was a very simple set up, pop the back in place, plug it in! We even took the back off to move it because it was an easier set up that way. When you adjust just the feet it does recline just a little, which Im disappointed in, but it's not much. The lift feature is great but getting out of a chair and standing is bascially the hardest part of life for my mother in law and the best physical therapy. So we havent even told her it's an option so she doesnt get lazy! Maybe eventually we'll use that feature. It's a bit firm on the seat but she still falls asleep in it! I recommend it but just know what you are getting. Not leather and not cushy. But a great value for the features it does have
