So my honest opinion, this couch is very comfortable. It is very thick and is very soft its very nice to sit on. I did have to fluff up the pillows a whole bunch so they can become true to shape and the directions were pretty clear. I would get five stars, but everything isn’t perfect. But it’s worth the money!! Get one! It will not disappoint you!

Not what we were expecting or hoping for. Too soft, back doesn’t come up very far. No back support at all.

It is comfortable, but the measurements are COMPLETELY off, and I measured and searched meticulously for one with the seat height and height listed here on the website. It's way off. It's really not usuable for regular use, unless you're a small person, child, or potentially as a guest bed. I don't even know how to return it because it won't fit back in the box

Refund. Nothing like the photo, color & measurements are off by a far!
