The bed is great. It's easy to put together.... a bizarre amount of leftover screws which is disconcerting.... but my main issue is that it does not look like the images. The headboard and sideboard are WAAAAAAAAY SHORTER. Don't expect cozy day bed vibes. More like guard rail vibes. Don't get me wrong- it's great. But not what I paid for. I'd love a refund for false advertising. Maybe don't use AI but actually take a picture of your product. So lazy.

We just opened the box and found that we were sent 16 #24 pieces instead of 8 #23 and 8# 24 pieces. These hold the drawers in place. Can someone reach out and help get the 8 #23 pieces sent to me?

Structurally well built. Instructional pictures could be a bit bigger and some of the parts didn’t have letter stickers but overall well pleased. Daughter loves lights. It did take us 4 hours, we are older parents. You do need to be able to crawl around on the floor most of the time to assemble it. The new memory foam is just released and is still inflating so it looks weird. We went with the 10” mattress so it should come right up to the bottom of the headboard/side board. The shipper was so fast!! Oh my gosh! Awesome! 3 days and the FedEx driver was amazing! Overall, I’d buy it again.

Nice quality bed with solid construction This bed turned out to be exactly as described and has a solid, well-made feel to it. It's a metal frame with good quality construction that should hold up for years to come. Assembly was a bit tricky — the instructions weren't the clearest — but all the parts were labeled correctly, which made it manageable to figure out. We paired it with a 10" mattress, and the height works out perfectly comfortable. There's a small gap (a couple of inches) between the top of the mattress and the bottom of the headboard, which looks intentional and fine. One small note: the headboard is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the product photos. Not a dealbreaker at all, just something to keep in mind when picturing it in your space. Overall, happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
