Solid wood and heavy duty. This is a must have piece for me as it performs two functions for my daughter’s playroom. Storagedisplay and dance party lights. Assembly was a bit confusing because of the door but other than that it was ok. The lights hook up to a standard usb c extension cord into an Apple brick. Good sturdy piece that will transition with her.

Perfect just as described… kids love the led lights— different modes nand colors. Good size and not to deep.
