I first ordered this set of theater chairs over a year ago. After a year of trying I still have not complete working chair units. First the lights didn't work on one. Then missing parts. Your customer service agents were pleasant, listened. But after a year numerous phone calls. I still don't have what I ordered. The last order you sent isn't even the correct replacement that you discounted isn't even the original first units that I ordered. Hat's off to the agents for their pleasant demeanor and tryibg to help. Thumbs down for their listening and really poor follow through. At this point I will keep the units I now have. Before this I would have given a 5 star review. Always had great success with orders from you before. Really disappointed over this. Must have been 7-10 attempts to get this corrected. There must be a better process to prevent this from happening to anyone else or to me agaib

My husband fell in love with this because of the trays and the high end look of the leather. It is very high quality and looks very nice. Everyone loves it!
