Table basse Becks

The wood frame feels solid and I have no concerns there. The top is a high pressure laminate, according to the manufacturer. When I read Faux Marble and Burn Resistant, I think sintered stone. This is not sintered stone, and I would not trust it wouldn't engulf in flames. The top came damaged, which allows you to see the material that is used and brings to question durability. Wayfair and the manufacturer offered a slight discount that I felt could have been better, but accepted it after several back and forth correspondences and recognizing that I should make the repair myself rather than deal with boxing it back up for a return. This piece feels more like it would belong in a first apartment or dorm setting than a quality furnished home, so I will note this as a placeholder until I find a replacement. I appreciate the frame, so I may even purchase a separate stone top to outfit to the base. This is an example of you get what you pay for, which is perfectly okay as long as your expectations align.

I like this. The coffee table is a great color, the legs are not flat black which makes this aesthetically pleasing. It’s slightly shorter than a regular coffee table but it is much wider as well. Quick and easy to put together and very sturdy. Definitely recommend.

Solid coffee table. Looks very modern/contemporary industrial. Is sturdy but not too heavy (weighs about 40 pounds and can hold up to 200 pounds) so it is easy to move around. The faux marble looks really nice and real with the patterns. Even has the sandy gritty feel to it. Assembly was a breeze. Just had to screw in the legs. Came well packaged and very fast after order was placed. Supposedly resistant to stains, UV light, scratches and cigarette burns (although I wouldn’t want to test this – if definitely seems to be up to par).

While there’s not really anything wrong with the build quality of this coffee table, it’s not what we expected to get. It might be okay for a kids’ playroom or basement… or maybe certain types of work office.

Arrived very quickly and very well packed. It was very easy to put together just attach the legs. The table is very heavy and fantastic quality. The color is beautiful and just what I wanted. I could not be happier.
