The delivery was earlier than expected , each piece was separately packaged and extremely heavy. I managed to get all of the boxes inside the house myself, after I screamed and cursed and complained, ( because I’m inpatient but very excited) I opened all the boxing and put it together myself and let me tell you this is a beautiful coffee table and worth all the pain I experienced with the dragging an lifting. I love it it’s a great addition to our home. Anne

Total disappointment! If I could give a zero, I would and I am not the type to be a Karen (sorry Karen lol) or negative person. They tried delivering this table to me 3 times and all times came to me broken. The 2nd attempt never even made it because it was damaged during transit. I already had the base balls so I was just waiting for the top part. I was going to give it a 4th try but I was informed it would be end of July. I mean how hard is it and what a waste of everyone’s resources/time. I appreciate the refund from wayfair but there has to be a better way of delivering this table.

The bottom of the table top is shattered and wayfair asked me to send photos to the company, Meridian, and I showed these. They said that I have to package and send to fedex to return it. It’s almost 500 pounds. That’s impossible. Also, the top is clearly black when the balllegs are the color that I ordered (green). Terrible customer service.

Absolutely stunning! I needed a replacement(see the scratched ball on the left) and customer service was amazing and replaced it. My only criticism is I wish it was a higher. If you’re on the fence, get it!

The table is stunning!!! The only caveat there is a chip in the table top ugh! And I would have hoped the balls were better matched to one another… Still very nice! (Hence the 4 star review.) I would also suggest getting the “ White Glove” delivery. It took two peeps, a dolly & lots of muscle whew I would purchase again!!!! Update: I had reached out to Wayfair in regard to the chip in the table top. They have since responded (within a few days) & are sending a new table top… And no neEd to return damaged one!!!! Where can you get service like this these days??? No where!!! I am a Wayfair customer for life… They are outstanding! Thank you Wayfair!
