I was pleasantly surprised by this LED nightstand. It arrived extremely well packaged, with every piece protected in styrofoam and the finished surfaces covered in plastic, so everything arrived in great shape. Assembly was straightforward, and all the necessary tools were included, which made putting it together pretty painless. Once assembled, the nightstand feels sturdy and looks even better in person. The combination of the tempered glass top, mirrored black, glossy finish, and colorful LED lighting gives it a modern, almost luxurious look without being over the top. The RGB lighting can be controlled through an app, but I was especially pleased to discover that the controls are also built right into the glass top. That was important since our 10-year-old doesn't have a cell phone. There are three drawers for plenty of bedside storage, and was impressed to find the top drawer to be lockable, so that was a fun surprise and a positive feature. My son absolutely loves being able to lock his treasures away from his older brother. The USB and Type-C charging ports are also a convenient addition. Overall, it's attractive, sturdy, easy to assemble, and packed with useful features. My only question is how long the classy glass top and durable appearing high-gloss finish will survive a 10-year-old. Time will tell!
