BROKEN ITEMS AND MISSING PIECES!!! Customer service extremely slow! Beware

All pieces arrived broken. Beautiful table but good luck getting all 3 pieces in perfect condition. Also replacement parts will take an additional 60-90 days to arrive. So ridiculous. I already waited over a month for this delivery and there is no guarantee that the next set wont be broken.

I waited a month and a half for this stunning 78” dining table. I was so excited to have it for the holidays. It was so unfortunate when it arrived it was broken in pieces. First box the base came in the grey color (not the color I ordered) Second box the base was broken in half. Third box table top was broken in 3 pieces. Wayfair and the manufacturer responded very quickly and try to resolve the problem. The only reason I gave a 2 star is because they said for a replacement would take 60-90 days. I already wait so long that I didn’t want to wait so long again and it’s broken. For an item like this I believe they should give white glove service or free assembly since it’s such a delicate product. They did give me my full refund for the item. Order at your own risk. The item is imported from India fyi.

Beautiful table! The base arrived broken but the manufacturer and Wayfair quickly sent us a new one. It only took a few weeks to come! We just opened the box and it arrived in perfect condition.
