Tabouret 29,5 "Ingalls

Awful logistics. Had to contact customer service 3x to get a complete chair. Not great follow through either.

The wood and frame feels like quality material, but the assembly is a nightmare and you will need additional tools to complete the process. After spending a significant amount of time attempting to correct the production flaws, the legs don’t come close to being uniform. The chair is wobbly and ultimately was unusable. I will be returning this item.

The colour of the metal frame totally diiferent than what was represented in product pictures and did not accent the wooden portions of the stools. I had to buy $45 worth of spray paint and paint before we could assemble them

Although shipping was a bit delayed the wait was well worth it. The stools are epic. Assembly can be a bit challenging, requiring a bit of elbow grease and additional tools. However the stools are beautiful, sturdy, and a welcome addition to my place. Be sure not to tighten up anything until all is put together, makes for any easier time. Love them!!

Absolutely horrible
