Very disappointed that Wayfair did not include all plugs and when I called about the plug, they said they would send. 3 days later , they say they won’t be able to get the part. Told them I’m so upset that I feel like sending the couch back. They offered a discount but now I have to find a cord for the sectional, so upset right now. Won’t be buying from them again. Had to follow up on everything they stated. Just not a good experience.
