Shipped in two large boxes. One box came in damaged. Contents were damaged. Assembly was clear and understandable. A plethora of pieces. Assembled what i could with the non broken pieces, however, im still waiting on the vendor to ship out a replacement piece. Update customer service was great! Part shipped quickly and installed!

This fireplace is so beautiful and substantial looking. The cabinet and the fireplace insert were shipped separately and arrived within a few days of each other. The parts were packaged well and there was no damage. Assembly was time consuming but pretty easy if you follow the directions. There were stickers on the side of the cabinet that were annoying to remove but luckily a magic eraser sponge was able to remove them with no damage. Overall this is a beautiful TV stand fireplace!

Everyone that sees this fireplace loves it! It is pretty, and you can see from the pictures below all the attractive colors it produces even with the heater off during the warm season. The final product looks great! Putting it together by myself took me 6 hours, an entire afternoon. Some of it was easy and straight forward, and other parts drove me crazy trying to figure out the “picture only” instructions. 36 pages of instructions and tools were included. It was the actual console that was the problem, this is the first picture below. The 5th and 6th picture show the difficulty I had aligning the top three drawers. You had to install all the rolling hardware on them, and it was hard to know which way to install them and which drawer went where. Somehow I got it, but I will never open them again. If you can get over assembling it, it is a rather nice piece. The fireplace insert is what I really liked, and that just slides right in, making the entire piece look expensive. You can use it with or without the heater on, and the flame light is dimmable. There is no assemble on the insert. The thick wooden gray piece on top is very nice. The front two grey pieces open to reveal a hidden cabinet with a shelf. I like that the cabinets and drawers are all flush and rather hidden so it looks like one front panel, yet you have a little storage if you need it. All in all, I was very pleased with the results, and like I said, everyone told me they loved it! Thanks Wayfair!
