The ottoman is just as pictured and would have received a four-star rating. However, it arrived with a small hole on the top, a burn mark on the base, and the top is very difficult to get off and on. Due to these cosmetic issues and the difficulty of use, I’ve given it three stars.

Great piece. It completes the room and our favorite part is that it completely flips around so you can do a puzzle or use it as a food or drink table. Good storage and is sturdy sturdy.

Mine showed up with a giant puncture mark in the frame. When I went to return the whole idea of trying to fit it in my car to return or rebox and get down the stairs was frustrating. They did give me a whopping $26 to keep it. Just don’t haul it in your house if the box is damaged in any way.

Looks great. Top is extremely difficult to flip and the wood of the tray will separate if you try to flip back to the cushion

Broke within two months. Cannot lift it up easily to flip the top over
