We ended up returning it due to a fault of our own in measuring but it looks exactly like the picture. The leather felt a bit more fuzzy than the leathery glossy feel you'd expect if that makes sense.

I loved it when I purchased it but the legs became loose & wobbly after approx 8 months & I never used it after that. I still have it & plan to fix it because it was comfortable.
