** edit to a few months into use. The part under the slide of the table (where the logo is) had completely given out. It is held by glue and snapped right off after light use of the table for a few months. The company indicates nothing can be done since order is past 30 days. Nothing can be placed on the centre of the table now or it will fall through. Amazing, sturdy quality. So easy to build. Very happy overall with the purchase. Unsure about the purpose of the slide out pier but otherwise happy with the purchase.

Had this table shipped 3 different times and every time the outside package was good but the table had damage inside on the top. Came direct from the manufacturer so was packaged that way. Once the corner was even glued back together.
