This is an updated review of TWO damaged units...
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS LOW-QUALITY RETAILER!
The first unit arrived damaged, and we had to wait another 2 months for a replacement unit to arrive. The second unit arrived even more damaged than the first one. Corners were crushed on almost all of the sides and back, only 3 of the feet were sent. Big chunks were taken out of the cabinet door front. All three packages arrived on different days. The main unit box was SOOOOOO heavy, all of the parts had to be taken out of the box on our front porch. There is NO protective packaging in any of the boxes and accounts for the amount of damage on BOTH units. Because a second unit was sent, NO REFUND WAS ALLOWED.
My husband is not a carpenter, and we have no power equipment to cut or reconstruct this unit. He had to purchase replacement parts like dowels because they were missing and angle brackets because there was no way the unit could support the upper bridge with the hooks. As they always say "you get what you pay for!" THIS IS A PIECE OF JUNK!! Wayfair should vet their suppliers better.
We did manage to cobble together one unit, the rest will go in the trash. If we move, we will leave it, because it will likely break!
First review: After waiting almost 7 weeks, the unit arrived too damaged to assemble. Packaging quality is unacceptable. Two pieces were crushed and damaged beyond being used. Hopefully they will have the replacement section in stock and can be sent immediately. Otherwise, this review stands prior to assembly. I don’t expect the unit to be high-quality because of the value pricing. It’s going in a bedroom that no one is going to see, but still expected it to look halfway decent.
