I received my Tolliver about a month ago. It is just about the most comfortable sofa I have ever been on. Has a semi-formal look Ito it but looks great in our family room. Service was fab, as it always is.. Annette. Livermore, CA. Tue Jun 13 2023

This was worth waiting for. Beautiful lines, and nice and firm. It's hard to find a new sofa that won't look anachronistic in a vintage 1930 home, but this does the trick. A pleasant surprise is that it sits a little higher than I expected. The fabric is soft to touch, and it comes with two matching square pillows. I'm delighted with this sofa! Pls excuse background mess-wallpapering.. Erin. Buffalo, MN. Thu Jul 25 2024

Carole. Cornwall, ON. Tue May 25 2021

This is a very nice couch at a very reasonable price. The cushions are firm (in a good way), and the fabric has a tight-enough weave that it'll likely hold up to pets. It appears to be solidly-built, and I would expect this to last 15+ years if you don't abuse it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the condition of the sofa was not what I was expecting. I would typically not lower a review rating based on shipping issues, but I believe that the damage (nothing major but very annoying) would be likely to occur for anyone ordering this sofa based on my packaging and shipping observations. The problem is that the sofa is shipped on its legs - not palletized or with slides. Of course, there were indications that somewhere along its journey, people slid it around on its legs. It was missing 3 of 4 feet, had scuffing on the legs, and had a small tear in the underside dustcover. While I would love to have this sofa in new condition, I cannot recommend ordering it for delivery because there is too great a chance that it will arrive in less-than-new condition. Wayfair customer service addressed the issue, but I am ultimately not happy with this purchase.. James. Reno, NV. Fri Jun 18 2021

Only negative thing is that the back cushions are not removable. Very nice otherwise. Good quality and performance fabric is a must.. Katherine. MD. Fri Feb 11 2022
