There are not words in the dictionary to describe how much I hate this couch and wish I never bought it. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone directly to ensure that it was, in fact, 59 inches as advertised. As you can see, it is not 59 inches, it is 43 at best. It doesn't even look close to the photos in the listing. The legs are wobbly, the screws for the arms are not long enough, and calling it a rock would be an insult to rocks. After one customer service rep lied to me about a pickup service Wayfair does not even offer, I finally was able to recoup my money. At one point, a customer service representative asked if I could drop off this 75 pound monster at a FedEx location to be returned. I do not know what kind of Olympian they believe me to be, but that is not feasible in a 7th floor apartment with no car. This is my second time riding the merry-go-round of customer service for damaged or incorrect items.
