Started with 4 different delivery dates, 2/3 boxes showed on one of the dates. Box 3 was delivered on a totally different day not stated. Packed securely in the boxes however when opening the bottom of the bases where cushions and hardware were stored, bolts nuts and washers were loose and fell out onto the floor. Ended up being one nut short in the end. Instructions are easy to follow and takes two people. Tools are supplied however the headless bolts are too long for the tool they supplied so we reversed them and it worked out fine. Back cushions come with Velcro strip on the back but only stick to fabric not another Velcro strip. Happy with the look overall, very firm seating cushions so I’m hoping it will loosen up over time.
