I specifically ordered this chair because it stated it was "Fully Assembled" which was my deal maker, so I ordered it. As soon as my delivery person came off the truck, it clearly was NOT assembled due to the size of the box. I had even contacted Wayfair Customer Service to verify it was fully assembled before placing my order because the other review here mentioned having to put them together. It was FAR from assembled. I opened the box long enough to lay my eyes on the inside. It was full of Styrofoam crumbs and clearly had been a returned item at that. I contacted Customer Service immediately. The Representative was very helpful and arranged a pickup and full refund. So after waiting all week looking forward to adding this chair to my den, I get to stare at this huge ugly box over the weekend and wait for FedEX to pick it up on Monday. As I told the Customer Service Representative: "This was and will be my last purchase from Wayfair.". Anonyme. Fri Jun 30 2023
