I love my new chair, but thank goodness for all the reviews about the upside down swivel platform damaging their floors! I’ll get to that in a minute…the chair is firm, but comfortable and it’s the perfect size to curl up and read my favorite Pilates book. Even with my entire 5’7 on the chair I’ve got plenty of room to spare. I love the neutral color. The material is soft and just textured enough to hopefully not show wear. WARNING! This is still shipping with the swivel platform mounted upside down the delivery team had no idea. I had them look at it because of all the customer reviews. We discovered that if the wheels face the floor and you see a silver screw poking out of the center of the platform, you’ve got to remove the entire bottom, with the 3 hex bolts on the long platform bars, and flip it so the wheels face the bottom of the chair. Once you fix that, the chair swivels smoothly and slides easily (and harmlessly) on my tile floors area rugs! Be sure you get both small pillows as one of mine almost got lost in all the packing materials. I’m giving it 4 stars because of this issue, and I expected it to be a little more cushy..
