I received one box on June 12, 2025. The box had a corner of the box that was damp and damaged. Nothing inside was damaged. We received the second box two days later, June 14, 2025. Communication was good with Wayfair. Once we got the first box, they let us know that the second box would come in two days later. Everything was packaged very efficiently. The directions were not great. Parts were not labeled. There was a lot of guessing but my husband has put a lot of things together, so he’s used to directions that aren’t great. It took about an hour to put together. One of the wheels had two missing screws and was bent a little – easily bent back and found two of our own little screws. The chair fits in my space nicely and folds out easily. I think the grandkids will get some use out of this chair. I bought it mainly for an extra sleeping space.
