I am beyond frustrated with Wayfair regarding this bed. The lead time is 4-5 weeks and they sent me the wrong size, a twin instead of the queen size that I ordered. After reaching out to customer service, they arranged to pick the item up at my receiver and replace it with a queen, another 4-5 week wait time was quoted. Today, when the movers arrived at my clients home, they unloaded another twin. I immediately called customer service and they quoted another 4-5 weeks to receive the queen. This is absolutely unacceptable. The amount of money I have wasted on my receiver and paying my movers, for this relatively inexpensive bed, is infuriating.. Martha. Fri Jun 21 2024
