Super facile à assembler, bonne qualité générale que les autres canapés, celui-ci en vaut la peine et il est doux mais ferme. Vous serez extrêmement excellent avec la sensation et la qualité du canapé, la hauteur, la taille et la largeur parfaites. Super large pour que deux personnes de taille moyenne s'y blottissent en position allongée. Vous pouvez vous endormir plus d'une fois pendant toute la nuit.
Les accessoires de quincaillerie et les pieds sont emballés dans des sacs et placés sous la tablette du canapé, respectivement.
They only delivered 3 out of the 4 pieces of my sectional — leaving me with an incomplete, unusable sofa that I had specifically ordered for an event. The missing piece couldn’t be delivered for two weeks, which completely defeated the purpose of the purchase and forced me to scramble and buy a replacement couch elsewhere at the last minute.
When I contacted customer service, their solution was to only charge me for 75% of the order, since I had only received 75% of the pieces. That response was completely inadequate. A partial refund doesn’t come close to addressing the major inconvenience, wasted time, and additional expense I incurred because of their failure to fulfill the order properly.
Given this experience, I will not be trusting Wayfair with any significant purchases in the future. The lack of reliability and poor resolution process makes them a risky choice for anyone who needs their order to arrive complete and on time.. Justin. Rolling Hills Estates, CA. Tue Sep 09 2025
