I never got my order. Both FedEx and Wayfair make it almost impossible to speak to an actual human. After this horrible experience I will NEVER shop Wayfair again! I hope to get my order tomorrow after complaining to FedEx. Update Finally got replacement parts and they were damaged, loose without any protection in a torn and insanely taped box. The small parts were in a disgusting torn open ziplock bag. The cushions look dirty along the edges. So disappointed and disgusted that this is considered providing replacement parts.
