I think it’s a great product, but it came damage to my home from shipping so I really can’t say

Haven't been able to use it yet but it seems to be really sturdy and easy to assemble

Worked well until crank catch started malfunctioning. Would not allow me to lower lift. Had to drill hole in catch & install wire with finger loop at end to manually pull on catch to release it. Works but it's awkward.

The lift is not what I expected meaning it's ok. But with the screws sticking out it damages the drywall

Just received it today so haven’t built it but the fact that the price was better than a couple other BIG online names was very pleasing.
