Du sol au plafond, arbre à chat, tour à chat avec poteau à griffes, hauteur réglable (98 à 110 pouces), grand lit en bois et hamac, arbre à chat moderne

I took the risk and bought this with no prior reviews and there are some issues. The first issue being the tree I ordered VS the one I received are different. The one in the photo above has 3 posts that you can adjust to the ceiling and the one I received only has one going through the center therefore it’s a little wobbly and the only reason I purchased this one is for extra support. The second problem being the instructions are incredibly vague, it doesn’t tell you how to put the house together, nor the toy and it doesn’t tell you how to put together the connecting part for the ceiling. The parts and pieces came all unlabeled so you really just have to look back at the reference photo and take a guess. The base that the house sits on came damaged in the corner, I’m in contact with wayfair to get a replacement for it but there’s some issues with that as well. The functionality of it lacks, the bases are very small especially the one by the house, the cats have no other option of getting down other than jumping off of the tower or jumping onto the house because there is limited space. Excuse all of the catnip in the photos I’m trying to lure them in and I had to leave some pieces out as it was too tall for my space which was an error on my end. Highly recommend a non-slip mat underneath.
