The back corners are chipped and scratched. They will need to be filled and painted. I am not happy. This is a packaging issue. The workmen were too rough when they lowered the cabinet into the box. Also, the item description on the website said the shelves would be set at 12 inches. The bottom shelf is set at 15 inches and it is not easy to adjust the shelf. There are no instructions in the box either. Surely Wayfair will refund me enough on my credit card so I can buy materials to repair. Thank you

I ordered 3 pieces from this manufacturer. All of them arrived damaged or defective. Two units were returned and replaced. Even the replacement units arrived damaged. Either poor quality control or inadequate packaging. This unit had a bent or crushed inside door clasp, which prevents the door from closing. Also 3 damaged corners and a cracked legs.

The item I received was NOT what I ordered (the item I ordered is in the picture), delivery was delayed well over a week and when the item I DID NOT ORDER finally arrived it was damaged with a cracked leg and a badly crushed corner. I called to complain to Wayfair about the problems with receiving the wrong item and how it was damaged and was told I would have to wait for the resolution department to get in touch with me. That department better get in touch with me because I paid a good amount for the item I ordered and I expected to receive the item I ordered. I also expected to receive my order undamaged. At this point I am not very happy with Wayfair. And at this point I would not recommend Wayfair.

I have never seen something so incompetently built. I would give 0 stars if I could. Almost every piece was either broken, or installed wrong. One of the legs is completely shattered. Two large chunks are missing from the side panel. The back panel is cracked along the whole side. The door latch is so bent it doesn't even make contact with the lock. And the icing on top: the doors came installed backwards - with the decorative molding and knobs on the inside (I can't even reinstalled them the correct way because each door has two large screws exposed). This arrived fully assembled, in a pristine box. It was clearly shipped in this abysmal condition - not damaged while in transit. Do not buy this cabinet, or from this seller. They obviously do not care about their products.

Beautiful cabinet. Real solid wood. Have been looking for something to replace old end tables with storage for books. Ordered 2 cabinets. 1 had a broken door. Customer service said they will send me a replacement door.
