This is a VERY sturdy file cart. it was not difficult to assemble (hint: during assembly, put the file box bottom into place from underneath rather than from above). It suits my needs perfectly and top is nice and flat and can be used as a stable surface (I have it next to a chair and put reading material and coffee, etc on it)

It was difficult putting the item together as the instructions were unclear. Once together it worked fine.
