Update 3/10/2026: I finally received the part I needed. It took 5 hrs to put together for one person and the parts do not perfectly align. It looks OK in my office. I will not change my rating as this whole process has been extremely time consuming and avoidable if they had just QCed the original package. Update 2/26/2026: Replacement parts received and one still missing. My 4th time requesting replacement parts. I have officially had the product for 20 days and cannot put it together. The most infuriating furniture purchase and customer service experience. Never again from Wayfair. UPDATE 2/18/2026. My email to Raffle Pinker came back. They have no website and no way to contact them. I'm at a standstill and don't know what to do with Wayfair not getting me the parts and not being able to contact the manufacturer. UPDATE: 2/18/2026. Still no replacement parts. I've been in contact with Wayfair every other day. They've been saying that my missing parts should arrive 'next day' but it's been over a week. Last night they said they have no record of reordering the replacement parts after the wrong ones were sent, despite telling me they did and that they could "see the tracking" and they were arriving next day. I've contacted Raffle Pinker themselves to try to get me the parts. The is infuriating. UPDATE: 2/11/2026. After waiting several days for my replacement parts, which were two small joinery elements that fit in the palm of the hand, a massive box of shelves was delivered to me. Shelves only. No hardware, no joinery, no parts that I requested. This is a pure nightmare. Wayfair says they've ordered the replacement parts for me *again* and have to wait *again*. Now I'm suck with a huge box of shelves I can't get up the stairs. Wayfair keeps pinging me to review this item so here is my honest review. This has been beyond frustrating and it is part manufacturer and part Wayfair. The cabinet was delivered in a damaged box and was not delivered to my home (3rd floor apartment). It was left on the ground floor. The package is 90lbs and I was unable to get it up the stairs. I had to open the box and bring up part by part alone. Once getting all of the parts individually to my home, I saw one part is missing. I contacted Wayfair immediately. They refunded me %20 for the inconvenience of the package not being delivered to my home and for the missing part. Then they quoted me 9 days for the part to arrive. 9 days!? I explained that wasn't acceptable since they were offering next day shipping on the item; it would have made more sense for me to return this one and just order a new one to have it the next day. They agreed to ship the new part in 3 days so they didn't have to deal with the return. I tried to put as much as I could together in the meantime and came across another damaged part that didn't fit into the rods because it was deformed. I had to reach out again to Wayfair to ask them to please send it in a timely manner. Again they can't quote how long the missing joint will take to arrive. All in all, I have spent hours on this project and will not be able to finish until the parts arrive. Beyond frustrated that the package was not QC checked before going out to a customer. I'm open to updating this review as the issue unfolds.

Love this cabinet very sturdy! The height can be adjusted with legs! It makes a perfect office cabinet. Or It’s very clean and has a modern feel!
