Loaded carts fail on the wheels and the shelf lips, which is where this one is built up. Five inch PVC swivel casters turn a full 360 degrees and absorb shock, so a 550 lb load crosses thresholds and rough warehouse floors quietly and without marking them. The shelves are moulded from high density structural foam with raised lips, carrying 275 lbs each, so cartons, filing boxes and tool cases stay on board rather than sliding off on a turn. The push handle is shaped for a natural grip and has a built in compartment for a cup, keys or small parts. Side circular holes take hooks for tools, and moulded retrofitting points let you fit pipes or rods to carry wire spools. Polypropylene resists corrosion and cleans easily, and the whole cart assembles in three steps.
