I think the product itself deserves 4 stars, because the metal is a really thick and heavy, good quality metal. The plastic wheels attached easily but seemed a little cheap. I’ve purchased Yamazaki products before and have always found them to be good quality overall. Unfortunately, the product was delivered with damage in multiple places. Due to the heaviness of the metal, I can only assume that most of this damage was due to absolute carelessness in the shipping and delivery process. The visible, outside of the handle was scuffed. The less visible very strong/dense metal corner at the bottom was SMASHED in, and the side of the cabinet that I wanted visible had a huge crack in it (not one that could be pushed back in because of how heavy and dense the metal is.) Whe I have purchased other Yamazaki products from their website directly I haven’t had any damage issues. Perhaps ordering directly from Yamazaki includes better care in shipping and handling. However, when I compared ordering from Yamazaki directly vs Wayfair, Yamazaki’s delivery time was later than what Wayfair offered. I needed it sooner than when Yamazaki would deliver, so I went with Wayfair. I will hesitate to make this choice in the future. TL;DR: Yamazaki products are great, but be careful where you choose to order them from and weigh out the risk of ordering from a third party.

Not much assembling to do! Best choice.
