This item was ordered on July 3rd 2026 and has been used since it was delivered, so a little over 6wks of use. This item is now broken and because it’s been “more than 30 days, nothing can be done”. The pictures shown how we have it zip-tied where it should actually be attatched. Do not buy!!!

Terrific umbrella, does the job for us. Great looking! Heads up though, if you live in a breezy area, you’re going to need something a little more substantial, this can wave around on windy days.

DON'T BUY THIS! The first problem I encountered is that this is being sold in the description and title as coming with a "weighted base". The base is not weighted. You provide the weight by buying bags of sand to put into two nylon zip bags that comes with it. You connect these flimsy plastic rods and drop the sand bags into it except it doesn't work that way. Next problem is that this umbrella is not structurally sound and is dangerous. The x-base with Pole that you put together is very lightweight and flimsy. It's not wide enough or thick enough to handle the extreme weight of the cantilever mechanism and the width of a 10-ft swinging umbrella. It is extremely top heavy and dangerous. In an attempt to just move one sandbag closer to the pole, the entire umbrella went over and took me with it! Luckily the pole hit my shins on both legs causing scrapes and bruises and the x base didn't hit my chest or stomach since I fell diagonally. If it hit a child, a small person or an animal, they would have been killed or critically injured. This umbrella should not be sold. To me. It looks like they purchased a bunch of cantilevers and then put them on a cheap inferior x base to sell them. The fact that they are being deceptive in their description should tell you something.

Awesome holds up well. We are happy with this purchase. Definitely would buy it again if need to.
