The description does not match the product and getting customer service really has been kind of ridiculous. I ordered May 20, received a month later on June 20, I get the crisis going on caused a delay. I was told to donate or keep and they would send out the correct size but I got the same item, the 20x20 a second time. Then I was told they'd send a pickup label. Then I was sent another option in an email and they would credit the order. Then I emailed them back saying I did not want the other option and I would keep the 20x20 after all, but take the discount for the current price- 40% off currently however they only offered 20%. I replied to the email several times and never got a response. I finally got through to the bank card over the phone and they would dispute. I got through again and was told they showed I had not contacted them since July! This is the first time their customer service has been so bad in making things right. I am just now -in September trying to get my summer project complete. A bit of a fiasco... but overall the product looks pretty good although smaller and quite a bit more cumbersome to install with a smaller size much more work than I'd hoped for and does show the square panel shapes but otherwise ok.

This item is completely wrong, quality is cheap - the greenery falls apart upon light touch. Also this item is improperly described - it states 3ft x 3ft when in reality it is 20in x 20in.

Just received my faux greenery, now to attach to a screen for hiding pool pumps & a/c on patio..

i opened 1 box, at first I thought it would work but now I don’t think the color looks natural. Not sure about this product
