Love it it’s looks super nice, the only problem was that it was missing two pieces from one of the Ottoman, wasn’t able to assembly. But they’re taking care of the issue right away.

Other review mention how short the pieces are, it’s true, but not to an uncomfortable level. They were a *beast* to put together. Ottomans and chairs were ok, that sofa…probably requires three people. Worth it, ultimately, but in the process I was questioning my life choices.

The Rattan Sofa Seating Group is nice, although the description does not quite match. The ottoman’s do not fit under the seats once the cushions are placed on them. Dealing with Customer Service was a frustrating experience with no result. I asked a question and without requesting or authorizing they placed my order as a return. When I questioned that, I was told once the item is “marked” returned, nothing can be done. So still I have no answer to my question, and they refuse unmark my item as I return, which I did not request. After several chats, no resolution. Very, very disappointed in Wayfair for the handling of this. I have ordered several times before and fortunately had no issues, however as a result of this experience, I will think twice about ordering again. Nice furniture, but a customer service nightmare!

Cushions too thin and seat is not comfortable. Very short and difficult to get in and out of. Good quality but check the seat height and cushion height before you purchase.
