Do NOT purchase if you think you will need to return it in anyway. Due the way the numbers and plaques were shipped Wayfair is charging us 35% of our order total to return it. We got the plaque and numbers for $97 (the plaque was on sale when we ordered) and the cheapest they are offering a return for is $34.99 via Fed-Ex drop off. When I tried to just return the plaque it was $12.49 without the numbers, meaning that I was going to be charged over $20 just to return 4 small number plates, even if they were all going in the same box. Not worth - this product can be found with other companies for the same price and better return policies/shipping rates.

Disappointed. I ordered four plastic, tiled Brookwood House Numbers to include two spacers to go on each side of the numbers. Upon receipt, the spacers (without numbers) were the same size as the numbers which wouldn't fit into my frame. When ordering the spacers, I didn't take note of the size because the picture on your website showed narrow spacers (which I needed) on each side of the numbers. I went back on your website to try and find the correct ones to reorder and when I couldn't find, I called your Customer Service. The lady I talked to had trouble locating the narrow spacers and after much searching, finally determined Wayfair didn't sell them. I told her then they should update the picture in their website to show the spacers being the same size as the numbers as opposed to the narrow ones. I asked for a return label which was provided. After returning, I received an email showing the credit to my account but was shocked that I was charged an $8 restocking fee! The original cost of these two spacers were only $7+ apiece. I feel I shouldn't be charged $8 because of the deceptive picture shown on your website without clarification of the only size available for these spacers.

Perfect! The tiles I ordered were a replacement for tiles from ten years ago that became faded. The new tiles look great and the numbers are easier to see from the street.

Altus numbers are super nice and fit their address frame perfectly !!
