I was trying to place the order via the app but it would not let me put a space between "Crystal" and "Street" so I almost gave up. I then pulled up my account on my desktop and it was there that I was able to add the space. So if you're also having this issue, use the desktop version and not the app! It is very pretty and heavy duty. Took a while to get but worth it.
