Problem. Out of 8 lamps, only 3 were useable. We hung the back plates plumb and level but the attached lamps leaned to the right or left. There's no way to adjust the lamp arm as it's sautéred to the back plate. Also, 1 of the 8 didn't even work. Customer service was excellent and although this product stinks, I'm still a loyal Wayfair customer thanks to better product experiences in past and this service.

These walls sconces are well designed and especially Sturdy. I am very pleased with them and would purchase again. My night tables are no longer cluttered with lamps so the look is cleaner.
